RCEP产地证在开船后补办是去海关办理吗？

RCEP产地证在开船后在各地海关或者贸促会都是可以申请补办的

补发: 如根据协定第三章第十七条第八款规定补发证书，第17栏“补发”应打钩

ISSUED RETROACIVELY: Where a Certificate of Origin is issued retrospectively in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 3.17 of Chapter 3 of the Agreement, the "ISSUED RETROACTIVELY” boxin Box 17 should be ticked (P).

后发证书：申报日期迟于出运日期，勾选“lssuedRetroactively”

如果是走船前办理或者走船当天申请，不会被视为后发证
